Glitter Spitfire sold for $660 and Bon Bon for $330 wow that person made bank can you believe these prices, I can't image what Princess Luna and Celestia glitters will be..... if Spitfire goes for $660 Luna is going to be over a $1,000 probably.....

Well... if they are HT releases, I'm sure they won't go for that much. With Spitfire and Sweetie Drops being out in the wild, with no one, definite place to get it, I think that has driven up the appeal and rarity factor. But then again, who knows...

And Spitfire and Bon Bon aren't true 1/24's either because o the amount of regulars already out there. I am so glad I only paid $60 for both.

Yea but Princess Luna is one of the most popular characters in FIM, seriously and her design is gorgeous I know tons of ppl on the MLP forums that said they don't collect Funkos but still will buy her! The supply and demand for her variants I bet are going to be crazy high due to her popularity!

I don't even want to think about Luna. Oh lord that'll be...interesting. Super excited for the design..not super excited for the fact that staking out the store will probably be 10x harder.

I got my very first glitter pony today! I went to a Hot Topic that I don't frequent at all, saw that they had a few Lyras and Fluttershys which I thought was odd. Searched through their stacks and found a glitter Applejack!!!

Thanks everyone! I wish I had Pinkie's glitter but AJ is a start. I actually found glitter Dr. Whooves at my local HT when he first came out but at the time, I only wanted Mane 6 ponies. Silly me!

I had similar luck recently! I always check my HT and for the past few months they've been desolate... went in I guess when they freshly restocked. Glitter AJ was sitting right up front!

My wife now knows what the "Funko Glitter Hug" is, because everytime I see one I grab it and cuddle it to my chest. So exciting to find them in the wild... I only need to obtain Glitter Sweetie Drops, but I'd love to have them all someday!

Just saw that posted. I want to get the pony version, but I think that's going to be difficult.

Anyway, I'm so anxious to find out what Funko's exclusive is! They should totally do the reveal on Monday!

I guess it's going to depend on it's popularity. Last year's PON-3 was easy to get, but Derpy (muffin) from the year before was a nightmare.

Looking at the $100+ Transformers SDCC sets, I'm surprised Hasbro didn't make a set with all the Power Ponies.

Will definitely be getting that Mane-iac and Humdrum.

wow so i just came back from my local hot topic since i wanted to see which funko pop exclusives they had and when i look below the pops, there were couple mlp with chase glitter big mcintosh right in the front... wth..what are the chances right. so i picked him up lol

Not thrilled but will definitely add them to the collection...i think they will go good with the show accurate and crystal versions..

I guess this means Daring Do and Rarity will be retail releases and have hard to come by crystal versions.

Speaking of Daring Do, did anyone see they are making real books about her coming out later this year? We are getting a set for my daughter.

Got to be honest Funko very boring repaints we already have those two in mini form..... Funko if you want to do reapints I'm fine with that and understand but repaint them as different ponies! Mistyfly and Surprise have the exact same hairstyle and outfit as spitfire all you would have to do is paint the hair and body differently! I will still get them but not happy..

As I said in the other thread, I am kind of disappointed that they weren't new crystals, but I will still get them. Can't wait to see them all put together with their regular, crystal, and mini forms.

They could have made black crystal versions of these..maybe they will repaint a few other ponies...Now that the hysteria over the SDCC releases any news on the Daring Doo/ Rarity release?

No they are just a color variant based on package art I think.

Hasbro had a RD Shadowbolt exclusive last year.

I agree Eddie! They look just like a "negative"/ "inverse" colorway. They dont look much like the Shadow bolts below. Well besides Spitfire who is a Wonderbolt.

Shadowbolts aren't solid black and they have lightning bolts on them. Man Funko could have knocked the Shadowbolts out of the park!

I'm pretty bummed. Not sure if I'll be getting them or not. I mean, we had such great ideas and expectations for who it could be and it turns out they're just big mystery minis. :/ The collector in me says get them anyways..but I'm conflicted.
