My HT got the ponies in and they got a glitter Shining Armor! They're holding it for me and I'm picking it up tomorrow. I'm so happy, this is my first glitter I found that I didn't already have.

Congrats Josie on all of your finds! And Michael too.

I have had no luck in SD. I have been calling all 6 stores, only one of which claim to have had a set of crystals, but I missed it since I had to close at work that night. To boot, my awesome girls at my own store seem to have gotten over me, as they had a small stack of things that they set on hold, including the Gus Gus in slipper pop that I had been so anxiously awaiting. But when I got ther yesterday afternoon, instead of pops and ponies waiting for me, there was a stern unambiguous lecture about holds strictly being 24 hours (even though I hade extended it). I fear I my have worn out their goodwill.

No crystals, no Gus Gus, and some annoyed HT folks. I'm in a bad spot.

I think you can ignore the street date part, since that is what it said when they were up for preorder, but now they are actually in stock.

No HT near me got Shining Armor in but Princess Cadance can be taken off my list, picked her up today

There are still three HTs nearby that haven't got the Cadance in so I'll keep calling them for another glitter.

I noticed my Cadance is also made of softer plastic than the other ponies...I can bend her horn and wings pretty easily; her legs bend a little too (I'm afraid of breaking her so I haven't messed with her too much). I'm not sure how clear it is but I tried taking a picture to show the bend in her wings.

Not sure if any of the pony people venture out of the pony threads. I posted this in "Eye on the Web" earlier. I just want to make sure that all the pony people are aware of what they are purchasing so they don't get ripped off. These are not real protos. They are stripped production pieces and were originally sold on ebay through a seller in China. Now they are being resold as "protos". THESE PIECES ARE NOT PROTOS! PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!

Sadly the box it came in was crushed so I asked the sales associate if I could swap her out into another $\:D/$ they were nice enough to let me too (never hurts to ask). I know there are a lot of in-box collectors!

Stacey- thanks for the reminder/heads up.

The birthday gods were kind to me today. I picked up my HT pre-order and was lucky enough to receive one shining armour glitter.please take him off my list. Funny enough one HT near me got cadence in (no glitters) but the larger Ht did not get any actual ponies in. I'm asking Matt to stop in tomorrow in case they get some then.
