I actually thought the figure was great, it had the perfect size and they looked great out of box. The packaging was a cool idea but I don't know, not my thing.

I think so too, if only this line came before the Sodas line, I'd probably be more into it since I grew up watching a ton of VHS lol

I keep seeing new ones at the stores, so I think it is doing ok for now. I still buy them. I enjoy opening them and when it’s a chase even more fun.

Like everyone else I think the packaging is top notch. The figures are fine but they really remind me of the playmobil figures. Not sure I love that. I think I am more of a packaging fan than a fan of the figures. I have a few that I like to display but I don't see myself going crazy with them.

I like the idea behind the rewind figures. The packaging is nice and I love the card they include in the case. I just dont find the design of most of the actual firgures appealing.

No rewinds for SDCC maybe they are officially not making them anymore?

I like Rewind figures themselves but not the packaging. I haven’t bought any yet but if they were to release a character I’m a big fan of, I wouldn’t mind grabbing one.

I was disappointed these didn't make the cut, was an interesting take on packaging that I thought was cool.

I'm thinking with them missing from the Funko drop for SDCC that the line may have already been retired.

I was thinking the same. If they didnt appear at SDCC that's a good indication that this line might be over or put on hold

Being a former BBV employee, I really thought the idea was cute. However it’s very specific and you either need a whole shelf of them for the affect, or it looks out of place.

I think they’re already done with it honestly, seemed to flop, they were cool but not cool enough as pops, and too similar to sodas. I think it should’ve just been a con thing.

Seems likely. Another line bites the dust, sadly. I thought the little video store booth they had last year at SDCC was really fun, though.

The booth they did last year made it seem like they were gonna go all in with that line. I don't even think they made it to NYCC last year did it?

Am I the only person that likes them? I get they're not for everyone. I like the figures with a chance for a chase and the packaging. But I think what I like the best is that they're only releasing a few at a time. You can actually keep up, kinda how Pops were a long time ago.

Only one I've like is the Spongebob they just announced. Maybe they'll do the whole line eventually

I like the Rewinds because of the Packaging nostalgia, one that i really like was the Batman 89 non chase, and Freddy Funko Blockbuster that first came out. But if its not widely accepted maybe it goes the way of Dorbz?

I've very surprised I just saw a new wave of the Funko Rewinds be released-
Especially since 2023 was the huge debut at SDCC and at Fundays, and there hasn't been any mention since..

I for one have the Wizard of Oz Dorothy rewinds, both the chase and the common, but I need to keep that collection 100% complete :roflmao:

Pleasantly surprised to see the new wave of Rewinds! Definitely going to get Gandalf to go with my Sauron and the Caddyshack gopher! I get they're not everyone's thing but I like them. Was kind of bummed we didn't have any at SDCC.

I agree, should be a super limited thing, i think that would definitely help the demand of the rewind.
