Amazing Carlos Insert

I'm newish to collecting Spastiks. I recently picked up Carlos, but he was missing his insert. Anyone willing to scan it for me?

thanks kevin, pm sent. i only recently bought my own flank, and i didn't even have to mail order overseas. apparently shag was signing them at his instore here in sydney earlier this year that i was unable to attend. damn!
