SPASTIK PLASTIK!

Postby RiotCityHoods » Sat Mar 27, 2004 5:06 pm

Obviously that's one of Funko's new lines...I just saw the full package and figure for each of series #1 and I aint blowin' smoke - these things ROCK. You all know how I feel about Funko and I'm a completist anyway - but if I wasn't I swear to everything good that I would be - and obviously will be on these things....I'm not kidding - I think a few of you might have seen a few here and there but the production pieces are AWESOME.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME.

STAY TUNED! I'M SURE YOU'LL GET ALL THE DETAILS YOU NEED VERY SOON...YOU WILL BE STOKED...AND I WILL SAY THAT THERE'S NO DOUBT THAT THESE WILL BRING OTHER TOY COLLECTORS INTO THE FUNKO FOLD - WHICH I THINK IS COOL...SO ACT QUICK...YOU'RE IN ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND PICK 'EM AS SOON AS AVAILABLE.

In true Funko spirit they won't be expensive either unlike the elitist toy movement that's going on right now - but ironically enough - better quality, packaging and colors. BIG SCORE PEEPS!

I LOVE IT!

Paul, had a great time in San Fran and visit to the Tiki Tonga room - thanks for the vote of confidence on the Spastik Plastik. I am also excited for the release - we will be shipping them on 4/14 - but will show everyone on the board on 4/1.
Freddy is going to need all FunKo Funatics support in spreading the word about this new line. Just for fun I can give out the names of the inital 12 characters now. 1) Sam 2) T-Bone 3) Otto 4) Juan 5) Elwood 6) Dino 7) Fuska 8) Chet 9) Luther 10) Billy 11) Pulpo 12) Molly Ringworm.
A few will also be packed with a very special surprise!!!
Besides Spastik Plastik we are thinking about new ideas for Wacky Wobblers - can anyone on the board right now reply if you would like to see any of the following made into Wacky Wobblers?
* Jabberjaw
* Dastardly
* Multey
* Great Gazoo
* Magilla gorilla
* Morroco Mole
- just ideas but not sure if anyone else would like them as much as i do - thanks - i look forward to seeing comments on the Spastik 4/1 - nishka

I'd buy that for a dollar!! Keep up the great work!

Anyone remember Gary Gnu? There is no Gnu's like good Gnu's! Was it the Great Space Coaster?

I saw the Otto nameplate there....can a PrudeMonkey be far behind?

I concur, I would like to see them made as well. I'm also excited about spastic plastic! This is my chance to own an otto!

Not only will I spread the word, I'll give them away at my next party. Nothing like getting folks hooked on Funko with freebies!

Guinness and Funko, now THAT'S a combo. Mike, you should make the Guinness toucan wobbler.

They'd all make great wobblers! We just HAVE to have The Great Gazoo to go along with the Flintstones. And Magilla Gorilla would be swell, too. :dance: :dance: :dance:

But, Mike, would you consider doing my namesake?

Hey Mikey,
To be fair, I must say that I am accepting of all your Wobbler ideas, and I'm sure you'd get no complaints. The little guy's really hoping for Tom & Jerry (wink..wink..). I also can't wait to hear and see more about the Spastik Plastik line- looks good!

All those wobbler ideas sound great, but I have to second that Tom & Jerry motion! Can't wait to see the Spastik Plastik line, too. Say Otto, would that anatomically correct figure come with a magnifying glass? :wink:
