Need some help

I bought these "gangster figures" off ebay just because I liked them but now I'd like to find out who they are and

where they are from? They have WB 94 stamped on them so I assume they are Warner Bros. Does anyone

recognize them?

They were featured in Racketeer Rabbit with Bugs Bunny. They appeared in a few others as well.

Great score Jennifer.......which reminds me.....looking at these makes me think that we still need "A LOT" of the Dick Tracy characters made into Funko. ;-)
