Has anyone who has the new purple BP from Target had issues with the pop not glowing? I've done everything imaginable and haven't even gotten a hint of GITD. If not an issue with others, should I contact Funko for a replacement? Kinda bummed about it, seen some and it looks great.

For me it glowed abouth the same as the Wal-Mart version so it wasnt like spectacular. What i need to do is order a blacklight from like amazon or something cause the way I check for glow is holding a pop pretty much face to face with a lightbulb in my house then turning off all the lights as quickly as possible

Hahaha! That's what I was doing for a while myself, then the newer ones would glow better with LED lights and it's worked up until now. I need to get some blacklight myself, everything looks great then! Thanks for the info and I hope you get an awesome display set up!

I already did and they were sold out. They also told me to contact funko about it as well since they said technically it's not an issue they specifically had a hand in, which I can understand. I may just see what funko says and go from there. Just a bummer because he looks great in some of the pictures I've seen. Regardless, thanks for the info and I hope you have a great day!

Charging it with a blacklight should fix that right away. Same thing happened with My Ken Kaneki GITD a year or two ago. Hit him with a blacklight and finally saw his glow

Oh, I didn't know about the different dpcis for different sizes. I just went on what I saw on instagram and it is usually correct. Hopefully they restock.

The blacklights work amazing. I have a few from Amazon that were like 2.99 and they are the best

You got lucky on yours. Mine seemed fine from the outside. Inside the bottom of the POP box's flap was not fully tucked causing a crease tear on the edge.
