Thankfully I'm not a big dbz line collector, though I did get a few for the collection. We'll see how much of the blacklights I won't get if they ever happen, I think some will end up being ones that you just can't pass on.

It seems like Funko hit a home run with the blacklight Pops. I initially thought they would be similar to chrome and people wouldn't be thrilled, but I was definitely wrong!

Just saw someone post about a BL Thanos and 10" Hulk in a facebook group I'm in and oh boy, I'm in danger. I too thought BL would be the new chrome but I'm happy to see so many people enjoying it. I'm only collecting the characters I really like or that are cool looking to me (which is hard since they all do lol

) but I found that to be more enjoyable than being a completionist. I'm just happy about most of the Marvel pops getting the BL treatment.

I liked the first ones that were, done, then I thought they were overkilling it, but Alice in Wonderland was made for blacklight. Reminds me of the ride at Disneyland.

I'm sure Star Wars and Anime black lights are on the way, the chrome thing got overplayed quick, I don't think they can overplay the black lights, the boxes are awesome and they really pop

If its the Funko Shop version (AoU Hulk) I'm in. That's my favorite sculpt of hulk

Seems like they did, getting that right time right place could also be a factor. Along with the right set of characters to start it all off with.

Am i the only person that doesn't really get the black light line?

It's great that there are so many people that love them and they sell out so quickly but I'm not quite sure what people see in them? to me they just look like they're regular pops in silly colours
