UPDATE: I won one myself - the email to redeem came today 10/02/2022 - it contains a link that redirects you to the Funko Shop and then a special code you enter which takes the pop to 0 dollars. Shipping is free too.

Looks like they updated the website as well. You now have to enter your email before you can Trick or Treat!

No way, that's lame. I read about others getting theirs cancelled. Ever since I got my win it's been a series of wonders. I didn't see where to confirm my win on the site page. I didn't get an email with code until almost 24hrs later. I JUST checked my order, still confirmed but I'm going to keep checking it. Hope you get another win again soon and it stays confirmed! Did you open the order?? It'll say pending but when you click on your order number it might say canceled
