The thing is I don't think it would be too bad. I think there might be 10 teams that sell well enough for them to turn a profit. Unfortuanetly, with college football the money and popularity is really concentrated. I think the following teams have a big enough following it might be successful:

Ohio State, BYU, UT, OU, Michigan, Alabama, LSU, USC, and UCLA. I am not sure how many more outside of that have a big enough national appeal. I could be mistaken. I hope for my college's sake, I am.

So I think size plays a factor, but I think fanaticism plays a role because to pull in those that aren't collectors at hearts. Fanaticism would help pull in those that would never even consider the idea of buying a funko pop of any kind.

I'm new to the Funko world (started collecting in 2016 with NFL and some Star Wars), but I couldn't find whether there have been any NCAA College products by Funko. Is this an area Funko has interest in exploring? It seems that college mascot Pops could probably sell well. Licensing hurdles aside, I think the following would be a good lineup:

Rameses - North Carolina
Tommy Trojan - Southern California
Oregon Duck - Oregon
Big Al - Alabama
Albert - Florida

Any others?

It be cool to see “The Blue Devil” Duke mascot and It be amazing to have more Freddy’s as sports athletes etc…. And a Freddy as the blue devil mascot be so awesome even a Freddy as Oregon the duck mascot or how about Freddy as Kansas Jay hawk and wait how about our new member of the family Franny? Since I really enjoy The NCAA College Women Basketball I would love to see maybe franny as a Duke,Iowa,LSU,Connecticut basketball player along side her brother Freddy of course

I like this idea and not just mascots for NCAA but for all sports. They did release MLB ones but they probably didn't do so well. Might be the reason they stopped.
