I have heard the same rumors, and agree two nights at Rady Shell, would be significant. Really curious to hear what they announce in the coming weeks.

I like the masks, they are surprisingly sturdy but like the original 70s/80s - hard to breathe through.

I heard they started showing up in the overstock discount stores

I know at MaskORaid they gave different ones away to the attendees when they left

they gave me a batman one there

Chiming in with a little inside information. Apparently, when Disquise brought the masks to SDCC last year, they weren't a big hit. I think they underestimated how many people travel in for it and would have to put it in a suitcase. Not sure they'll be bringing more if they have a booth this year

I had two from Mask O Raid and cracked one packing it in my suitcase.
I do like them but the odd shape does make it a bit complex to travel with. Especially if your not checking in a bag.

They also make for pretty cool wall art.

I can only see myself using these as wall art, I can't imagine people would actually wear these for any reason

Yeah they are a bit silly but that also makes them a bit fun.

Not the most comfortable especially in the summer time. Also if you wear glasses your a bit out of luck unless you have contacts.

I was actually dusting off the two I have mounted on my wall the other day and felt the need to wear the maleficent one - I inhaled a bunch of dust, but at least I think I looked cool wearing it for a moment . The masks are neat and remind me of those Halloween masks you would get as a kid - nothing too insane but enough to think, "okay yeah, I recognize that." I only have maleficent and freddy funko, but they're enough for me.

The mask is at the top and below it I have 3 Display Vault Airs. It fits perfectly from ceiling to floor.

While I'm not one to dress up, wear masks, etc. I would love to be at a Funko event where people have the masks, and even custom ones to wear! I think that it'd be a great part of Fundays for the team mascots, or even characters specific to your box are given out.
