Came upon this thread and pretty much all the things I had in mind were covered. Originally I thought Proto as other known dogs would be cool, but after seeing the upcoming NFT release of Proto as Scooby Doo im thinking we just need to stick with Proto dressed up as different things not trying to be different dogs

i can see them making a proto as part of every IP they have and eventually releasing them at different cons and on the online shop or even hw or hq exclusives. as long as there is no issue with the licensors then it is open season as what can be done and they can just have a field day with it. i am hoping they dont overproduce it and keep it somewhat limited in numbers as well as with different IPs.
