Which funko soft protector is best?

Postby geekygent78 » Tue Jan 27, 2026 2:19 am

For the longest time when I wanted to put soft protectors on my pops I would purchase 7bucksapop. They were my go to hands down. But now I decided to try another protector and decided to try Vault's soft protectors. I have to say, I'm a Vault person now. It's so much easier to get them ready for the pop and the edges are actually crisp, unlike 7bucks where you have to mold it a bit to form and then the pop has to be squeezed into the protector. Every Vault soft protector seems to let the pop slide in smooth.

Which soft protector have you used and which would you recommend?

I've only used 7bucksapop and never had problems so never tried anything else after I did try the gamestop ones they have but they fell apart and never used them again. Armor 7bucksapop

Vaulted Vinyl. It's not even close. 7 Bucks a Pop has great hard stacks, but the top of the soft protectors are bowed. You can flatten them out but they are never completely flat. I stack my Pops, so the perfectly flat VV protectors are amazing right out of the box.

The Vaulted Vinyl armor style are great too, but they are more expensive than 7BAP. I wish VV would make Thrilljoy protectors. I stopped collecting TJ but I have about 10 I am keeping and would like to protect them.
