What do the numbers on the bottom of the pop figures stand for, and are they always the same for the same character?

I've always assumed they were some form of serial/lot number....perhaps Bo knows.

Do you mean the numbers/letters on a sticker? If so, I do believe that'd be a manufacturing date stamp required by a newer law in the USA. Product safety thing, as I recall.
