This SDCC was a good one to be at with Mike leaving, and being back inside, sitting with friends and the awards given out.
I was happy with my box of fun and the plenty trades we had/made!!

I wonder how next year will be without him, and what does Funko have in store for us?

I wish they would put limits on standby. One lady brought all of showfreddy about 30 before my friend could purchase. Luckily they limited supplies on Sunday. I wanted to have Mike sign something of SDCC exclusive but the timings never worked out and I wasn't able to get a ticket. I am glad I was able to go attend fundays for the first time to experience everything. You can tell his team loves working the event as well and I'm glad he honored the staff and his dad too. I wasn't able to get one of the funmaker coins since I didn't have a chance to talk with him at this con but glad I met him at C2e2 this year.

The exclusives were great this year. By far my favorite (once seeing it in person) was the Glitter Baymax. There's so much character to it; it's hard not to love.

I was debating about Baymax because it was larger than some of the others. I didn't like the picture but it was in stock when I went in standby. Maybe I should have brought one and if I didn't like it could always give it to a friend. Oh well was running out of luggage space.

didnt score fundays or a funko slot, but got some amazing friends that let me buy thrawn and vader from them at the con. I also love the deadpool wolverine pop yourself funko for sure

For people that got in on stand by at sdcc, what time were you allowed in? I struck out on all my time slots and when I asked about a stand by line I was turned away and asked to come back later in the day

Normally it’s once the last time slot of each day has started. Don’t think they opened line to public PN

Yeah, I went on Friday around the last time slot and everything was literally sold out . 0 pops remained and they had no standby line for that day

Ya I didn’t hit but my friend got not one but 2 slots & to top it off they r both first slots of day. SMH

This seems to happen a lot - one person winning multiple things. SDCC's lottery needs some work

Ya.. they should do what NYCC does of if u hit on one day it excludes u from other days. Same thing goes for the Hotel lottery, know people who get in almost instant & have multiple rooms to turn down or trade for the Big5 hotels

Happy with how this year's show went. Got some good ones to add to my collection. Did not get the Voltron though but did get the Voltron loungefly bag. That may have been the most underrated bag at the con. Insanely good in person.

Or “lost” 19’ and prior they’d have all of the days pops on shelf instead of bring more & more boxes out. I think couple days once open to public even diamond thrawn was available

Be thankful that at least you got access , I didn't get anything this year. However, I do agree not the strongest lineup. The more LE pops dont make sense to me, like why is Thrawn diamond?

I didn't score a spot but I ordered the camp snoopy online and he just came. I adore him! I also found the wicked witch in the wild, so to speak, which is awesome since I have the original version of her from back in the day.

I never seem to get a slot and I always try for the 3rd or 4th slot of the day knowing most people try for 1st or 2nd. I'm wondering if it might be better to just go all-in on the first slot. Wish there was a poll we could follow for who tries for what slot.

i haven't seen many of the pops in person up close, but I did buy a glitter baymax on the secondary market and it is a beautiful pop. I don't have many other glitter pops so I can't really compare, but I love the way you can see the hollow vinyl and what seems to be different layers of glitter

I think it's one of the best glitter pops, this is far off better with the common too plus it's limited so it's a great pick up

For a lot the con ones seems they’ll dip in price once heat of convention wears off..
