It would be both awesome and terrifying for it to be Nintendo announcement.

I know i just moved from LA so I am mad. I actually have to be back there for work the week before which makes me madder. I am talking my co-worker into going for me

8 bit fits the mold of gaming in general. and most 8 bit exclusives have been released as gamestop exclusives so its more than likely there will definitely be 8-bit, I mean Funko would waste the oppurtunity to use 8 bit with E3 since they are partnering with Gamestop as it is

I can definitely see overwatch being an exclusive to the max.

Not saying it won't be 8Bit. Saying it wont be 8 Bit of something that doesn't make sense as a 8 Bit. Every 8 Bit made this far has a 8 Bit game connection. God of War was never a 8 Bit game.

Understood clearly, but knowing funko, I wouldn't be surprised if they did turn him 8-bit just because

Ugh, can pretty much guarantee an 8-bit. It was a fun novelty at first, but it's definitely wearing thin to me.

I went once through an old job in the very early 2000's. It was amazing and you could try everything. Now, open to the public I hear it's a madhouse and not enjoyable at all.

As a former E3 Attendee as Media, and been a fan of E3 for many ... many... years ...

This is an odd and would make me wonder...

Since its rather odd they have an Exclusive for sale? I think I know what I am going to do on Day 0, and check it out.. (since there is a store set up inside and just got to be confident when walking in).

HOWEVER!! If it's inside of the actual EVENT.. I won't be able to get into the main flooring...

I am puzzled how they will sell it? Usually these trade shows such as E3, all you can do is pre-order items and if you have a business resellers permit and or blogger of some sort... I may be wrong, don't quote on me for that! :p

But really, what could it be?

My thoughts:

1) Spyro of some sort
2) Sonic of some sort
3) 8bit of some sort
4) ????
5) PROFIT!

Blizzard said they weren’t doing specific con exclusive merch anymore so if it’s at blizzcon you should be able to pick it up at any other con they’re at too

Actually I was talking to my friend about this today, how many exclusives do you think? I feel like no more than 5 since like LA COMIC CON gets like 4 and they get sold via HT booth, so like since it’s gamestop it will definitely more than likely be shared with them but yea, thoughts?

Assuming they are all video game related I *should* be safe. I'm not much of a gamer nowadays, so all the current popular video game franchises like FNAF, Destiny, etc. I have no interest in. Now if they release Pops for older games like Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid, Crash Bandicoot, Sonic... I'm gonna need those. Hopefully all the ones I want are shared.

Like PAX? Or just less people playing console and PC games compared to 2000-2010? E3 really went downhill with that failed Santa Monica experiment foregoing the Convention center those couple years. They haven't really recovered after that imo

I feel it will be a giveaway of some sorts associated with game stop booth. I know they give freebies out at e3 and usually gotta play a demo or talk to someone or review things..etc

They said some will be shared exclusives, so it would make sense at least one or two would make it to Gamestop given the gaming connection.

Pax is one, but you also have that PlayStation expo in Anaheim, as well as BlizzCon each year. A good amount of people are still gaming on both platforms, so no. As for the Santa Monica issue, E3 did fine after that. It being overcrowded in the early 2000s was the problem and might be again now...
