Totally on board for The Cure, Culture Club, and Cyndi Lauper!

I know he’s not flashy but with Pretty in Pink and Breakfast Club being huge landmarks in our growing up I’m surprised Tim Kerr from Simple Minds doesn’t have a pop too.

I'm honestly surprised Culture Club/Boy George and Cyndi Lauper don't have pops yet. Two giant, instantly-recognizable style icons. Someday!

Love Oingo Boingo! Yes, Danny Elfman would be awesome... He also happens to be one of my favorite composers! 2 genres with one Pop! lol Great idea!

An orange hair Danny Elfman would be awesome. I was lucky enough to see him do Dead Man's Party after the NIghtmare Before Christmas Live show in Hollywood in 2018.

Wow! I bet that was amazing! =D>

Brilliant! I wonder if Funko can create a music moment when they have the black and white sketch version like on the video.

that would be pretty cool and the background can have all the color. Or one pop in color and the other a sketch version.

Matthew Linehan has the great New Wave artists print (http://www.mlinehamart.com/product/satu ... rint-16x16)

I've marked the artists that we've received from Funko on a copy of the print:

Image

You can play a game of trying to guess everyone at https://www.sporcle.com/games/orlandu/8 ... ve-collage

If you want to know who is who, go to the first link above and everyone is listed.

Side note, I have seen 19 of the artists shown in person, 16 in the last two to three years (all except Morrissey).

Thomas Dolby - 80s Weekend - Microsoft Theater
Terri Nunn - 80s Weekend - Microsoft Theater (Berlin)
Dave Wakeling - Pershing Square (English Beat)
Marc Almond - (three times) Palace Theater, Globe Theater, 80s Weekend - Microsoft Theater,
Danny Elfman - Hollywood Bowl
Richard Butler - (twice) Greek Theater, Pershing Square (Psychedelic Furs)
Terry Hall - (twice) The Nova, Fox Theater Pomona (The Specials)
Daniel Ash - The Palladium (Bauhaus)
Morrissey
Deborah Harry - 80s Weekend - Microsoft Theater
Billy Idol - The Ace Hotel
Nick Cave - (seven times) The Wiltern, The Palace of Fine Arts SF, The Egyptian (twice), The Ace Hotel, Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Forum
Bryan Ferry - Greek Theater
David Byrne - Shrine Auditorium
John Lydon - The Fonda (across from Funko Hollywood!) (Public Image Ltd.)
Peter Murphy - The Palladium
Robert Smith - Daydream Festival (The Cure)
Adam Ant - 80s Weekend - Microsoft Theater
Ian McCulloch - The Cathedral Sanctuary at Immanuel (Echo and the Bunnymen)

This is my jam.

The 80s had such amazing music that it really deserves the VIP treatment from funko. Plus I think most of us collectors are from that era haha

I think a lot of them would go over well with the collectors.

I agree, if they can make a flock of seaguls just for the hair alone and maybe a freddy version I can move on my way and be happy haha
