With it being Pirate themed, I bet we’ll see Jack Sparrow, One Piece, Pirates of the Carribean, and some other pirate pops.

Pirates of the caribbean would be cool, I can imagine how awesome those would look.

And if they smelled like rum they’d be even better

They did a Freddy Beetlejuice in '12, but about time for an upgrade. The molds are exponentially better now a days

Forgot that sailor. Popeye would be awesome. From the cartoons we used to watch as kids, to the movie starring Robin Williams. I love Olive Oyl. Brings back memories.

Would be pretty cool, I can see a generic pirate Freddy coming but I don’t think the licensed ones usually match the theme

i know they're not licensed but there was a Freddy as the ranger, three sodas as rangers, s'mores guy, and 4 bigfoot color variants. I wonder what comes first do they come up with the pops to be made for the event or do they come up with the theme first.

For the most part they usually are random with one or 2 event freddys. They try getting a freddy for at least one major genre which is cool cuz you never know what youll find

I would think the theme would come first and then ideas for pops and sodas. With the pirate theme this year they have such a great opportunity with normal stuff (like the Ranger ones last year) but also would be amazing to have One Piece or Pirates of the Caribbean!

Last years Fundays Freddy’s were some of the best ever. I would love to see both ANH Luke Skywalker Freddy and ANH Princess Leia Franny.

Then I will have to explain to Leia that she can't play with Leia, I am willing to make this sacrifice.

I agree with this, they are usually all over the place and unpredictable - I think the only pops that are event oriented are the ones you get in addition to the box of fun that are delivered to the tables.

The boxes in the past were themed I thought. The game and tiki ones had themed pops in them though
