I think they are closer to a deal then you think. Nintendo has recently started to let several different vendors use there license. I think it is a matter of when not are they.

I have never been to E3, how difficut is it to do stuff/buy exclusives there? Is it at big and crazy as SDCC? The reason I ask is that SDCC just just getting way too big and crazy, I'm lookong for alternatives and this seems like a good substitute

Hmmm. I’m not sure it’s a substitute. It’s got quite a bit of entertaining attractions. After moving from an industry trade show over to allowing consumers in (although it was never really all that difficult to get passes before the switch) it’s certainly started becoming more approachable. But I don’t think it has that same level of excitement and notoriety. I suppose if you are super into video games, it kinda might fit the bill. But after SDCC, everything feels smaller.

That's the issue I had with Seattle. I went there thinking it could be a viable substitute, but it just didn't fit the bill. Not even close

It all depends on how hot the exclusive is really. The e3 lines are based on how many people want to demo a game or see exclusive footage of a game. Sometimes, it's they want to wait for a free t shirt. It's mainly industry folk, but since it's now a little more open to the public, not sure how much that will change everything.

Totally jealous that you are going! Definitely something on my bucket list. I don't think you'll have any issue getting one with a 1,500 run, but good luck! And of course if you don't want the Legendary Chalice I would be your best friend lol
