100% agree with this! The price point made it very easy for me to want to participate. Love that they are trying this out and I hope they do more like this in the future!

The price was definitely nice. I usually buy blind box whenever I go to SDCC even though I have trash luck with those. I’m fine with this being my one go at a mystery box for the summer.

I'm genuinely shocked that people didn't get picked. But I'd much rather see them do this type of thing to move the leftovers than the warehouse sales that locals flood to grab all the rare stuff. If they just made sure the mystery boxes had a decent number of "wins", they'd never have to worry about moving the stuff that just sits.

1) I am a sucker for pain

2) A LOT of my collection isn't about value and more so oddball stuff I wouldn't normally buy off the shelf and forced on me . Some of my cooler pieces came from mystery trades, funatics secret santa etc...

So yea little bummed out I didnt get picked, good luck to everyone that did. I think they will be better then most expect.
