Dr. Pepper's Lil" Sweet!

Lil' Sweet showed up today! Despite being shipped in the thinnest cardboard box I've ever seen, he arrived minty fresh. He's such a fun pop.

I unfortunately received mine damaged. Anyone know who to contact for a damaged box? Unless they don't do returns/box replacements at all. Sorry if this has been asked.

I haven't seen anything either, but I doubt they'll do anything about damaged boxes? Given how quickly they ran out of pops, and that they're not in the pop business, I think those of us with damage are out of luck. If someone has info to the contrary though, I'd be very interested! ;-)

Yup all they added was a thin piece of cardboard to it. I seen a pic today of one. The top was totally destroyed. I got lucky and only had a little corner damage. There going to be a lot of out of the box lil sweet.

As others in SoCal, mine came in today too. We ordered two and luck of the irish both came in perfect, minty mint condition. $\:D/$

So happy mine came in minty fresh! It definitely seems the 2nd wave was packaged better. Mine came delivered in a really thin sorter box. Definitely not a Funko sorter box. I just looks like Dr. Pepper listened to the complaints.

Someone mentioned that a box protector help them fix there pop. I don't know to what extent their box was damaged.

They were sending them in a thin white box. So they inserted a piece of cardboard to make it more sturdy but I’m still seeing on IG that some are still coming in damaged. Maybe the box protector help to straighten it out a little.
