I'm curious if Funko is having a hard time licensing Freddy as a specific anime character. You'd think they'd start releasing them in boxes of fun by now or debut at fundays.
Question is, if and when they get the license, who will be the first anime character?

I’ve had the same thought about licensing being the issue.

Eventually they'll get the license, it's just a matter of when.

I am going to have to get the Spider-Man Freddy, my grandson loves Spider-Man. We’ve already started his Funko collection, so need to get that for him.

I happen to love my Power Ranger Freddys, but there are so many choices and hopefully trading opportunities too, I really enjoyed the trading I did at Camp Fundays; didn’t have much luck trading at Hollywood Fundays.

I did a lot of trading at the Hollywood fundays, I like to hold some hot pieces that come out months before fundays. If there is a proto I really want I’ll pull out the heat to make it less steep for my pockets love to trade and add money on top to make it fair.

I'm hoping to see more Franny's. I know they aren't as popular as Freddy, but there are so many options for Franny that they can do.
If anything, more 2packs with them would be fun.

I have got to say Freddy as Bloody Steve w/Bat. I didn't get to go to that Fundays, so I bought someone's blind box on eBay afterward then had the box x-rayed. Was thrilled that I got the one that I wanted.

That is my grail. After that Fundays, I tried to trade for a blacklight Freddy as Optimus but no luck. I did get the metallic Freddy as Optimus which is pretty sweet but I've always had my eye on that blacklight version.
