I am more of an old school Star Wars fan, so when I opened my box and saw him, I immediately thought of this figure:


So I call him X-wing Freddy.


I only watched the new Star Wars movies once. So I don't see him as Poe. But there is a good case for it.



He probably is Poe Freddy. Since he has the Rebel Alliance crest on his flight suit. But I will always refer to him as X-Wing Freddy.

WOW! That is some major luck. Or the Force was with your table. My husband and I had the exact same Box of Fun but my mom opened hers and the X-wing Pilot Freddy was in there. Fortunately I had something she wanted and she traded me. I love that Poe or X-wing pilot Freddy so much. He's never leaving my collection.

As you know, I'm already super jelly, I'm only slightly ok because we're family so I can visit it sometimes and drool if I need to !

I'm pretty sure there isn't a Freddy with black hair, but that would make sense to call him Poe if it was. I think the Freddy is just an X-Wing pilot, but it's easier for people to call him Poe since he was in the same outfit.

Thanks for the photos, love the lineup comparison. Interesting that X-wing freddy's body is bigger than Poe's, but the head is smaller.

Freddy does look a bit awkward out of the box with his smaller head and slight giraffe neck. That was easily fixed. In the box and away from Poe the head size difference isn't really noticeable.

During fundays when I pulled him out the box I referred to him as Freddy X-Wing, but since then and now it's listed on PPG for as Poe. So I just go with Poe now. Both are correct but Freddy's have always been associated with a person and not person(s) or group.

Not a Darth Maul. But they have facepainted them. The Joker and White walker. I would have killed for a Darth Maul. I have both the Star Wars Conan's. The storm trooper and the jedi. Both very cool.

I used to think that too but if really want it try trading up for it. It's a long and meticulous process but it can be done!

I did that for my metallic beerus so I imagine it would just take 10x longer ...
