How Many Versions of a Pop Character Do You Have?

I usually don't get more than two of the same character, the common and the chase if there is a chase. Otherwise, two of the same if I really like it.

10 Joker Pops, 6 Pennywise, 5 Sora. Those are the most of I have of anyone, but I have a few Scarecrow, Lying Cat, and Scott Pilgrim as well.

I have all the pennywises so far. I have every rick and morty i believe. I'm only missing one goku and one vegeta but have all the rest of them. I know these characters have a lot of variations. Also predator.

I was going to say with as many Deadpool's and accompanying variants there are out there that someone must have a ton of them! I wouldn't want to be a completest trying to get all the Deadpool's.

As a general rule, I try not to get multiples of the same character. I am an out of box collector, and I feel most of my collections look better with just one version of each character.

If an new version of a Pop is released that I like better than a previous version, I will usually replace that one in my collection, and get rid of the old one.

The few exceptions are:

Doctor Who - which is the only line I am a completist with.

Harry Potter - I was originally a completist with this, but decided to just move to the ones I really liked after the minor variants got out of hand. The characters look very different across the 8 movies, so I have few variants of the main characters from the various eras. I have Harry, Ron and Hermione in their Philosopher's Stone outfits, Harry with Hedwig and with the Sorting Hat (just because those are adorable); and the somewhat older versions from PoA. I also have Harry from Goblet and will add older versions of Harry and Ron if they release ones I like (I'm not a big fan of the Yule Ball variants).

When I get Pops signed, I try to get a variant signed.

And I will sometimes get more than one variant when a character has more than one iconic look, or has evolved their look over time.

I have 18 or 19 Superman pops, missing a few I'll never be able to get, unfortunately, but hoping we'll get new ones eventually too.

I have a small army of Wolverines also, although I reaaalllly hope we get many more.
My Deadpool collection will be growing soon too, but not by a lot.

I have a lot of Doctors from Doctor Who, although a few of them look just a tad different from each other, haha.

1 pop I have in different poses is Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas so thankfully there are only a few compared to others. I also have her in Dorbz and Rock Candy but I am missing a few. That's one of my main focus collections. I cant imagine collecting all the Batman ones!!! Lol there are so many!!

I usually only try to get just one variant of a character for lack of space. Unless it's Iron man, which I would need all the different suits

I have 6 Batman’s, 5 Thanos, 4 captain americas, 3 iron man versions, 3 robins, 4 jokers, 3 Thors, and still want more of each. I don’t want or need to collect every version of a character but there are way too many cool variants to not have multiples.
