Yeah, the stress and struggle are real! I actually bought a hard suitcase in 2018 just so I'd know that my pops would be safe from rough handling! Haven't had anything damaged since, though generally pop trips are via train, not plane.

Since I am driving I am bringing one of those black plastic totes they sell at Sam's and Costco to protect my pops.

I think its good to protect them as best as you can it seems like a safe way to me especially if your traveling a good distance

Considering Fundays is only 2 weeks away, I kinda doubt they are gonna drop before, also if they have it before, people going to Fundays would be able to get 2 boxes of fun and that's not what Funko wants

I agree! I have thought that it was crazy that nothing has leaked! Its cool since it will all be a surprise!

I like this as well! No leaks make the surprise even better and that’s what it’s about, having fun with the box of fun!

here is a random question, because i always have random thoughts. But do you guys think the Fundays Freddys will use the traditional boxes with the Freddy drawing on them or will they be the newer (and worse IMO) newer boxes with the photoshop picture of the figure itself? the only reason i even question it is because the online Fundays from last year did have the classic boxes.

I honestly never noticed this. I have to go back and look at the box art now

I don't think these really work with the blacklight theme, but my wish list includes:
-Freddy as Han Solo in Carbonite. I love that design and I think it would be so cool to have it turned into a Freddy
-Freddy as Stitch 626
-Freddy Indiana Jones

I tried my hand at this concept last year. Would be one of the most unique and sought after Freddys, IMO.

I wonder if people will walk outside the hotel when these drop just in case they have different Freddys than at the event. I think 2019 I really ended up liking a lot of the ones that weren't available at Fundays.

Will be interesting for sure. So hard to leave the table though cause you could miss your childhood hero walk out, aka Mark Hamill.

Yes! And you'll avoid scrambling to find an exhibitor who's selling them and paying the convention price, especially when they might not be the greatest quality.

It doesn't matter how many pop protectors I take with me to the con, I always end up with more pops than protectors. And of course by that point, all the protectors have sold out everywhere. The curse of the con! Still....to bring home that many pops? A good problem to have!

It's so much less stress to be able to put your pops in your own car! As long as you pack carefully, you're golden! Then you just have to worry about traffic, good luck with that! Hopefully you get some amazing pops this year!

I recall some people having an issue with the tiki one where the bottom would just come off and the pops just dropped straight out.

I'm really hoping that there's a Freddy as Alice in wonderland blacklight pop. Hopefully, for my bank account's sake. A higher LE. But no matter the LE I will 100% need it.

Oooh I can see them doing a Freddy as Mad Hatter blacklight POP!, considering they've done Freddy as Mad Hatter before but it was from the 2010 and 2016 Tim Burton live-action films.

I would LOVE to see the animated Hatter inspired Freddy. I just don't know if I see funko making two different Freddy Hatter's. With that being said, I would 100% pay whatever was needed for that one!

Oohhh nice! I'm really really hoping I can grab one of these! Originally the Bandits was my favorite (by silhouette anyway ) but now seeing the Pop Protectors is a lion I'm torn/be happy with either one.

I actually really like the straight jacket on the Clown too.
