From my understanding it does not have to be the promo bottles but the purchase has to be Feb 1st or after. Hope this helps. Found this link on FB explaining about it.

Honestly, considering the normal price of a pop, I do not begrudge them asking for a purchase of 3 bottles of Dr. Pepper. That's pretty minor!

Agreed. They've been pretty adamant the bottles need to be purchased 2/1 or later, so I think they'll be asking for a picture of the receipt too

I'm kinda surprised they didn't tbh. Historically, most prize giveaways with soda involve some kind of code within the cap. Just sending in UPC's is really easy, but I'm not complaining!

just got 3 bottles this morning and they had the labels on them/promo. I was also thinking whats to stop a person from just walking into a store and taking pics of upcs without actually buying them? wonder if they thought of that cause then you would technically get it free right?

Pretty sure you have to send in the receipt picture to confirm the sale, just like when the pops were free with the cereals a couple years ago....

The shirts will not be Funko related. If you go to the terms and conditions there's a link to a website with more info for the shirts and they have them pictured there.
