This would infuriate me. If it was something not necessary to completing the line I would be fine with it.
As with previous years of GITD, Flocked, Metallic, Splattered, etc. None of those were really needed to complete a line, more up to personal preference.
But these are two highly requested, much needed characters to fulfill this line. It's not like dropping money on a subscription box for one month to get a figure, it's like emptying your kids college fund to get it. Not cool at all [-X

Thanks for the heads-up! I ordered them through Popcultcha since I'm not American and they're released much later here in Europe. If the release date still stands, Popcultcha should ship them soon.

Also, please don't let Merlyn be an SDCC Exclusive. Some are really tough to find afterwards, even as Summer Con Exclusives with the different sticker.

College fund is a bit extreme though i do agree it stinks if they are sdcc exclusives. Unmasked Jason was one of the more hard to get pops from last year and I paid like $70 for it

Yeah, it's because Guggenheim is now solely in charge of Arrow and he isn't a good show runner. The show has sacrificed a lot of the Green Arrow stuff for the Olicity relationship, bringing in Felicity's family drama, Diggle's brother etc. And I won't even get into the Black Canary situation

It's a shame, because the ideas for this season could have gone to amazing places.

Oh man, I wish they would've moved Felicity to Flash. She had way better chemistry with Barry.

Yeah, if Grodd and Merlyn are SDCC that would be balls. The number of Flash exclusives will outnumber the commons, which doesn't make any damn sense.

If Grodd and Merlyn miraculously end up not being SDCC exclusives, I have a gut feeling Unmasked Zoom and the real Jay Garrick could be.

I don't think they'd had enough time to design and produce the real Jay Garrick pop considering the reveal was only last month, and they've said it takes usually 3 months to produce a Pop. I hope I'm wrong though cause I would love a JWS Garrick Pop!

By that logic, we shouldn't have gotten Spider-Man or Hawkeye from Civil War yet, let alone seen the glams weeks after the film was out.
Movie pops come out months before the film to promote it, which means Funko gets access to character designs way early.
That episode of the Flash may have premiered a couple weeks ago, but it was filmed months ago, and the costume designed even before that.

Not saying we will get a Jay Garrick pop, but it's more than possible.

For the sake of stress, I hope he isn't SDCC exclusive lol

Really good point! I'm with you on unmasked Zoom. Think Reverse Flash should have had an unmasked version last SDCC. I just hope the exclusives are easily attainable.

I dunno, but I think that they look so much better than white eyes on him. When I got the basic Arrow one of the first things I thought was he'd look SO much better with black eyes. Glad to see real pics of these, that way I know the black eyes weren't just a glamshot thing.

They look a LOT better in my opinion! Finally black eyes and thankfully the green on Arrow is much better than in the glams where it looked grey-ish. I hope Speedy with Sword comes in stock at Popcultcha soon so they finally ship mine. [-o<

malcolm merlyn was just shown during wave 5 sdcc periscope. i didnt see if it was an exclusive or limited edition though.

It is not listed with a numbered edition, so it should be available at one of FUnko's retail partners.

Id still buy it if they did ahaha. Ive done unmasked Reverse flash for Eobard and Harrison I just had to hahaa but if funko ever did release a unmasked RF id buy it toooo lol
