Disney VHS Pop! covers!

First up is Lion King!

This line brings back a lot of fond memories growing up!

Aside from the actual VHS, I remember having the actual VHS toys from Mcdonald’s Happy Meals!

Hopefully I can dig them out as well!

This line is purely nostalgic for 90s kids!

Ha I was thinking the same thing with the old school puffy covers..I guess any VHS is old school though!

I think was pretty awesome and makes wonder what could be next? Maybe Aladdin or Little Mermaid? Or even a flocked chase of this one? :freddy3:

with today's reveal im excited for the possibilities of other VHS covers! as a kid, tarzan on vhs had its fair share of viewings so fingers crossed for tarzan's first pop being a VHS cover

This is cute. I think this is the best SImba pop they've made so far. That said, I'm a little confused about this Disney pop covers line. From the title, you'd think they'd be re-creating the covers with pop versions of the characters? For example, I'd love a pop cover of The Little Mermaid with Triton, Ursula, Ariel, and Eric around the undersea palace. But instead it seems like they're making a separate pop with a cover in a stand....

Not knocking this pop at all, like I said, this is the cutest Simba they've made (although I wish the rock he's standing on was a bit bigger). Just not what I'm expected. I'm curious if the pop can separate from the stand or if they're attached?

They will have so many great covers, I would not have thought before that I'd want these but these disney covers are nice.

This is an awesome idea. I really do love the Lion King. It is one of my favorite traditional classic disney movies for sure.

One is Toy Story (from the Funko App) and Beauty and the Beast (Target).

Me, personally - will try to get the Toy Story!

Same here, there wasn’t much I was super excited for In this Target con so I haven’t been paying much attention. VHS cover caught my eye though.
