Disney VHS Pop! covers!

I woke up early and no Beauty and the Beast at Target lol

but a surprise Toy Story that made up for it.

I'm going to be blunt, these is a disappointing few releases for this new line. Main reasons being that not only do they restrict it to one of the characters on the VHS cover, they aren't even matching with the cover the way the over cover lines do. It's pretty much a random pop of the character they stuck in a larger case

I see your point, it's why I've flip flopped on really collecting these or just grabbing the occasional one. In my mind the pop was going to be from the cover, not just a cover and a pop in a pose. I do like the way some look more than others and I'm keeping an open mind until I see them in person.....

I agree. I mean, the Lion King cover is of Simba being held up by Rafiki while Mufasa and Sarabi watch and the pop is....adult Simba on Pride Rock. Simba on Pride Rock is worth a Movie Moment pop for sure, but why are they calling this a cover pop when it's nothing like the cover at all....?

The Jurassic Park movie poster is the same. The poster is just the black logo, the POP is a T Rex eating a Raptor. I have come to accept Funko is taking creative license with these.

I like how the box says "POP VHS COVERS." I didn't realize it had that, I kinda really want to get them all now even if I'm not the biggest fan of the movie. I'm a big VHS collector and fan LOL

I agree these will have to be close to the cover or I probably wont bite. With these being another bigger item im really gonna have to love it to buy it.

Love the concept. These are going to look great mounted on the wall as a full collection. I'm hesitant on starting this series strictly due to space and lack of wall real estate. #-o

Love the idea of them but wish the background looked like an actual vhs cover. Still will probably get the Toy Story one.

I totally thought these would be bigger in size than they are actually! Not saying that as a complaint but they looked way bigger in pictures!

They are about 9x7x3 inches, pretty decent size. The Jurassic Park one is supposed to be way bigger

I am in same boat. I dont have a ton of room, but had to have toy story and lion King. So many good childhood memories.
