Box of Fun 2022

Reading about Fundays has got me wanting to go bad! I have been collecting since 2015 and have never made it to SDCC. Maybe next year will be my year!

A thousand people got a box that had neither and just had all the regulars. I was one of them. Surprised you didn't see anyone with that combo considering it was half the room, ! Maybe it was just hard to see in the chaos of it all?

.. and some claim to have received both LE 500 Loki and Optimus. They probably also won either the Blacklight Optimus or the Freddy Soda. Some people have all the luck.

My buddy was one of those people he got both the le 500…loki and optimus! I was like man that’s super lucky. He didn’t get the demogorgan but did get player 456 and a random destro that was in the public box and no mascot which was weird.

Is it possible to get a proto in the Boxes of Fun!?! Saw some pics and wasn’t sure if people actually got a proto ir if they just threw it in there to fake people out.

I feel like I got a very different Box of Fun at the event than most people.

I got a LE 500 Metallic Optimus Prime, Loki, Squid Game Masked Solider, and a Mandalorian.

Your theory makes sense and would explain some of these random boxes that seem like they ended up with filler pieces. That would be bummed if I didn’t get the mascot because their gloss are great though

Kinda odd how some people were complaining the fundays box of fun was better than the online box of fun, the fundays event at sdcc was always going to be better, it’s been better pre-Covid too

As somebody who was at fundays, I didn’t see a single person who thought the in person box was better.

Think Darth Maul Freddy glow in the dark is what everyone wanted and not everyone is a transformer or Loki fan so I guess that’s why some people were bummed with the in person fundays box
Metallic Freddy Carnage then Glow Tron and Mandalorian Freddy were the other popular ones

Protos were not included in the box of fun at fundays, instead a proto token was given at Fundays for you to get a proto.

I got Optimus, player 456, Macho man and Loki. My husband and daughter got the same box except one got the 500 Optimus and and one got the 500 Loki.

We were a little disappointed...but we're on Proto Robos and the prizes we got made up for that a little. Gonna be trying to trade since we both missed the online Fundays boxes.

ouch, on the bright side though you getting doubles was at least for 2 of the best looking freddies (in my opinion)

Agreed metallic Freddy Loki was my favorite from the event. GITD Freddy Maul is another must for me at the moment.

Not the Mega Millions… but I couldnt be happier with this win!! I finally got my BoF Pop Protector box. I got the GITD Darth Maul, Freddy Fresh, and Squid Game Freddy. It was the box I really wanted. I ant stop smiling!

I picked up a Snake Eyes for a decent price. Now off to find Prince Adam, Destro, Carnage, and Mando!

I thought 2019 had more variety. At the very least trading was a lot easier since everyone got different stuff.

My thoughts on this year's BOF... Online it went great and the variety was there (Except for Fresh..)..... I wished the in person event was purely limited to LE 500 Pops similar to previous years to continue exclusivity of these ...

They did have some better molds and surprises in the online release…well
With the exception of Freddy Optimus which was pure choice!
