Die Cast? How do we feel about them?

I really hope they do something different with the chases though. With how nice the figures are I feel like there is potential to make some great chases

I agree 100 percent. I love the Diecast series. Hope they continue it into other licenses.

I like the die cast pops! I would like to see different variation of chases

I honestly like the non-chase version better, despite pulling a chase vader when I ordered one from the Funko shop. The metallic look is just ugly. But hey, a chase is a chase and as a Star Wars collector, I must have it .

What is the general feeling about Die Casts among the Fukofunatic Community?

I actually like the way that they display - they feel protected but also totally visible. Easy to open if you want to - not like a pop protector, where once it goes in, I dare not try to open it again and damage the thing I am trying to protect.

And I like the weight of them - they feel substantial!

But I get that they also cost a lot more. So, maybe best for special characters or product lines.

Where do we think they will go next with future Die Casts?

Has anyone opened the cover on these?

It comes with a foam insert protecting the pop, inside the cover, so you have to open it up, remove the foam, and set the pop into a little toe-hold clip on the base, to keep it in the right position, and then you can slide the clear plastic cover back over it to display....
