Funko pop oob or in box

HAHA... I know a few of these people. OOB, but when it comes time to sell, they try to get in box value even though the Pop has been sitting out on a shelf, collecting dust and getting sun damage.

I tend to mix it up, primarily in box, but some just need to be set free!

I keep Feddy and anything that came in a protector, art series, in box, everything else is free!

I do both but there is some I really like I pull at least one from that series and display it OOB

You miss so much detail by leaving them in the box. But OOB takes up so much more room. We have all our pops displayed but then tons of bins full of empty boxes. I wish they would make the boxes able to be broken down for storage.

I have most of my GitD Pops oob. My older ones when I first started collecting are also oob.

I keep almost all of my regular 3 inch pops in the boxes, but I do oob the bigger movie moment, 10 inch, or otherwise larger-sized figures.

98% of my pops are in box but any that the boxes are really bad those come out of their boxes. But I find it easier to stack and display in box

Some pops NEED to be displayed out of box. Gear 4th Luffy from Chalice Collectibles have so much detail that its begging to be OOB. Some pops however feel better in their colorful or eye catching box. The Dr Strange chase from the Multiverse of Madness comes to mind. Then again, those eyes look awesome oob as well.

Pops definitely look better out of box. However I keep most of mine in box because I like to trade or sell on occasion. Some boxes look pretty cool too.

I kinda started doing the same thing, just don’t want to overload my desk at work .

Billy Bookcases from Ikea are the way to go for my display style, definitely requires some wall space though haha

Im definitely an in box collector but Ill never pass on a good deal on an OOB Pop. Even as a box collector, Ill admit Pops look been out of there box

Most of mine are oob just because I love actually being able to see them a little better and see all the details. There are a lot that I have that are in box just because of the value of them. The ones I display oob, are standing right in front of their box, which I think looks really good

If you really like a pop and want it OOB buy a second one like the rest of us
