I started out as an OOB collector but then started collecting them in box and displaying them with their sides showing! I think they’re both a win win situation. Both OOB and in box are the way to go

We're entirely in box simply because for us it's easier to display on our shelves. Being able to stack them makes it to where you're able to cram more into a shelf versus if we took em out.

I recently made the jump from keeping all my Freddy's in box to OOB and it felt quite liberating. Now minor box damage doesn't affect me, but alas, paint flaws are a whole different animal... jk jk
Glad I made the choice because it saves me space in my display and I can grab any pop I need for Funko Photo-A-Day Challenge.

Out of Box all day long. My appreciation for what I had doubled when I freed everything. I also no longer care if a corner is dinged or torn a bit if I can get it cheaper.

There's no right answer. I think the whole "free them" argument is just as silly as "it must be perfect always". I keep mine in box because I like things neat and orderly. Just do what you like!

I believe people can display their collection however they like. Personally, I’m an in box collector but that came from being a vintage Star Wars figures mint on card collecting. I will even admit that pops look better out of box, but I just collect and display them in box.

I like seeing my collection in box but I do occasionally pull some out of the box. It really depends on the set. However there is no wrong way to display your collection I feel.

I recently got shelves to put them out in my office. I like a mix of in and out of box. What I've been doing lately is trying to get the Con Sticker version to keep in box, and pick up the shared version of the same so I can take that one out of box.

I love this pop I own him and elmo too, the colours on these especially elmo are so rich and beautiful. These are in box pops only for me

Me and my husband both are NIB collectors. My husband is a lot more picky when it comes to getting a MINT box.

If I get something I feel is rare, I tend to keep it in the box just in case it becomes valuable which is silly because I doubt I would ever sell!

It’s a little of both for me, but lately I’m far more willing to take them out of box unless it’s super rare/valuable. I just like the way they look oob, and you can display more figures in a fixed space relative to in box.

Only ones that I think should stay in box are flocked Pops. Or at least put them inside something to keep the dust off.

I keep most of mine in box because of space and I can stack them. I'd love to have a nice set of them oob but I'd probably keep all the boxes which would take up even more room. Such a dilemma because I really like the boxes but the pops are so cool to just display and reposition easily when out of box.

I'd love to be OOB but I'd never be able to part with the boxes so rather than display them separately they have to live in the boxes for now. I even made dioramas for my protos because they felt weird not in something

Always out of box. And toss those boxes, they take up too much space. Plus my headless Ned Stark likes to breath fresh air. Nah on that last part.
