I’ve never done this accidentally. I’m pretty good about remembering what I have and what I’m looking for. However I HAVE bought the same pop knowing that I already have it and I just want “an extra”

I have many times. I was always too lazy to make a PPG or Funko App list, so I have to try and remember if I bought a pop or not. I'm okay with dupes though, but my wife on the other hand

Several times, I had most of my collection on Funko app, but due to my laziness or trusting more on my memory.

One time I was so excited about a new Pop release that I told my GF and close friends that on my Birthday I got 4 of them, one of them as a Personal Gift, I still got them all because I like to keep the gifts.

When you have over 500 pops, it's bound to happen...especially if you're a completionist. You can't keep track of which ones you're missing. So many variations of one mold like Pokemon.

I just did this at Wondercon! Holy cow they made a Superior Spiderman Pop!? Insta buy! Get home to put it with my other Marvel pops......oh.......guess I already knew about that .

I think most of us happened if you had many Pops.

Some like many for not getting Funko or PPG updated, sometimes is best to have it twice at a release price and not have any, later buy it later at a resell price. One time happened that I was on a Con, and I hadn´t checked previously the Signing Events, that was my mistake, When I arrived saw that Erica Schroeder (Luffy English voice) was there, so I had to buy a Pop already had at home to make it sign.
