There are a few of my fav characters (yami for example) where I buy dupes!

Many times I have brought pops I already own mostly when I want to have more than one of the same...building and army....or when I want to in box and out box one. A few times.by mistake when I already had it.

Oh my gosh yes. We have two Eva Unit 01 pops! 6” pops, it takes up so much space! Hahah

I do this a lot with pre-orders. I forget I pre-ordered it somewhere, and I either pre-order it again or it shows up at a different place from where I pre-ordered it before the pre-order ships.

This happens to me all the time. But when I discover the twin o either give it away or give it to my girl so she can custom it.

I usually buy a duplicate so I can keep one in the box and the other get out of the box or when I'm trying to get a chase by buying multiple. (I usually limit to 2 max)

I do it all the time, but in my case it's not all my fault. My wife sometimes buys pops without telling me, and then I buy the same ones lol

. My gurl and I happen to do same thing. She did that to me on our anniversary. We just painted one reds and pink so it's a love pop. :compress:

More times than I care to remember. And it's usually on stuff that's like 6-9 months from release. I'm like, "oh that's cool", then I add it to my tracker and I'm like "dang, I knew it".

I definitely laughed at my husband for doing this on more than one occasion (buying one he forgot he had, not buying 2 at the same time because he's trying for a chase).

I have a couple a duplicates but normally it's because I received one in a mystery box that I already had. Sometimes I keep the other to have OOB while the other is autographed.

Agreed! That's what we're in the process of doing now, filtering out pops to give away.

That is very true! It definitely helps to save a bit when trading up for a pop that's more costly ;-)
