Anyone trying to get lucky with the SDCC badge sale this Saturday?

We got our tickets through pre-reg, thank goodness, but I am going to try and help out my friend who wasn’t so lucky.

Careful with Airbnb. A lot of people have theirs cancelled weeks or days before con. Downtown Hotels aren’t sold out. Most are reserved for hotel lottery that happens later and some by studios / companies for talent.

This is what Im hoping for, it will be my first time going to SDCC or trying to go to sdcc. I'm hoping i can get into fundays. At this point im excited for whatever they reveal.

The unofficial blog has good content for first time attendees. I would also take a look at airbnbs that are like 5 minute or so uber away from convention center. My friends and I split an Airbnb each year and it always works out better then waiting for the hotel sale and paying those prices.

That really stinks. I have been using AirBnb for the 7 years I have been going to the convention and it has all worked out great. I don't ever book right in the city though, normally in the Golden Hills area.

For anyone who's hopeless about open reg, don't be. It's very possible to grab badges. We've done it multiple years when we've struck out on returning reg.

Man i hope thats not the case, i did talk to the guy before booking, and he does it every year for sdcc so hopefully it sticks . Has a lot of reviews too.

I'm a fan of TV pops.. hoping for more of The Boys, House of the Dragon and Ted Lasso pops! A surprise Severance one would be awesome too! and if the Impractical Jokers will end up in Pop form

100% agree on more Ted Lasso pops!! We need all the important players from the team, not to mention Rebecca and Keeley. And my collection will never be complete without Danny Rojas. Futbol is life!!
