Anybody else think they’re overdoing it on Freddy lately?

I really enjoy the Freddys and the new design. Sometimes my favorite characters get chosen which is even better to see in Freddy form.

Yes, talking about choice overload.
Many collectors may overthink the new Freddys too much and simply don't make a choice at all.
Knowing there is plenty of them out there.

I'm a Freddy collector for sure and I love that there's so many coming out now! I just don't buy them all anymore but rather buy the ones I really really like. I used to be a 100% completionist and over the last year or two I stopped thinking that way. So I love ALL the Freddy's!! Lol

All these freddy pops from the nft releases has made them easier to get and for some a lot cheaper, I've went towards ones that more along what I collect also.

I definately don't I wish they would do more ... I lovee collecting Freddys ... but I could see it being annoying for someone trying to get all or most of the Freddys released ... I just aim for whichever ones I'm lucky to get ... and lately they have been coming out with some really awesome ones so I'm happy about that.

I think Freddy provides a great variation for all themes. Shows, events, holidays. Its always a delight to see a new version of him.

It kind of depends. I love when Freddy's were hard to get but I can see why they're doing more of him. He's the mascot of Funko and Funko wants more people to bond with Freddy. Making more of him in different variants would do that.

I love Freddy! I have actually been adding more of him to my collection than anything else over the past few months. My space is limited so I have been getting the Freddy’s from the lines I have had to pass on. This kills two birds with one stone. My love for Funko? Check! My love for Matrix? Check! Freddy Funko Neo? Check!

They can make 500 a year and I wouldn’t mind it. Freddy is important to the brand and I understand why Funko would want to get as much exposure as possible.

Freddy is essentially like the Mario of Funko and him merging with major franchises is definitely an important part of the brand. I do like their experimentation of doing different royalties outside of Freddy but I’m never going to complain about new Freddie’s especially because it’s kinda designed to represent the franchises you love the most as a pick up.

The only thing they're overdoing is making the common freddy then the Special Variants like metallic and gitd. They don't have to put the common and special variant. Just choose one imo

I don't really see them doing that, seems to be a good draw in for the nfts.

I like it because it gives collectors who don't get to go to events, the chance of getting a Freddy. I will say though, I wish the Star Wars Freddy's that were given out in the box of fun last year, would have been in the boxes at Fundays. I kind of felt cheated. My wife and I had Fundays tickets so we decided not to get a box of fun, so that someone who wasn't going would have a chance to get some Freddy's. Although the Fundays Freddy's were okay, they were kind of a disappointment in comparison. I would have much rather had the Disney and Star Wars Freddy's from the box of fun.

You could end up getting a freddy when people have them in hand for under what it cost to get all the nfts at the start.

With them being more accessible now and every two weeks it seems, refill that account more often. Bit easier though, but we also have that wait time to get them delivered.
