Not going to lie I was genuinely suprised to see Lotso surface for this line. I thought it was going to be one of those things that were restricted to a specific line but it seems like any pop is fair game for this. I wonder if we will see some of the mega grails get reproduced like Bank Robber Joker, Leonidas from 300, the original Tupac mold. I’m just curious if they are going to go back and get some of the more obscure high priced items and drop 25000 into the market. I also like that they are slightly updating the mold as well

Agreed! I was shocked to see Lotso show up. As someone who spent a couple hundred bucks on their Lotso pop not sure how I feel about the unvaulting, I would have been okay with a new Lotso mold but to unvault something that is expensive was a huge shock to me

From what I can tell by the pics - it seems as if they are making slight modifications to the mold for the rerelease - maybe if you get the new Lotso you can do a side by side to verify what I’m saying

I would hope for some Marvel characters but I really hope it would be a new mold for sure. Of course if they made a Freddy too id want it. Would honestly be more popular at this price if it was a lower count.

I ended up buying the Batman during the last Funko Shop restock, but I am still not sure about Lotso. I don’t have the attachment to Lotso that I do to that original Batman.

This was a must have and so glad I was able to pick one up for my collection. Batman is my favorite character and it seems like they are picking all the ones that are outside of the original Everett store. :freddy2:

Im glad they are (seemingly so far) making these different enough from the original... I don't really see these bring down the value of the originals by themselves more than maybe just the general oversaturation that happens with characters/licenses

Same, maybe I am missing something but with a product at this price point Lotso seems like an odd choice

The only good thing is packaging

I thought so too... until I had one in hand and its basically impossible to remove anything, and especially the Pop, from the packaging without causes damage. Everything is really fit in snug inside the box/package.

I got my Batman yesterday and I really love it - the packaging and bonuses are super cool and I like the design of the box. Really great overall package. Not sure how many more of these I would get because space is always a concern, but I am happy I picked up Batman.

I was the same way and finally caught it on the last restock. It did restock twice so maybe it will come up again.

I hope so it will most likely will be older funkos with a new look I bet a marvel or Star Wars one will be next.
