Underrated Pops?

I was just thinking about this on another post. The set of travel Pops with the Pins are such an underrated set! The designs of the Pops and Pins are very different, and the set is nicely designed.

What other Pops do you consider underrated?

I would say the Gi Joe line is unrated.

It was a really nice set. Certain ones are pretty sought after while others just didn't do as well. Toshi was pretty popular and Rosa was sought after at one point. Another collection that sorta comes to mind that was a sleeper was the Zodiac Freddys.

Right?! I love how they came out with a world on it and even have books for the younger ones. Also loved the plushies that released too

Doctor Manhattan. Old release of an iconic comic character from one of the best comics of all time (albeit it from the Movies line, the design is virtually the same). Instantly recognizable, looks great as a pop, really unique for its time of release, and has a great glow. No other variants or molds of the same character. When I think “classic Funko pops,” this and Rorschach definitely fit the mold.

I think the Happy Days Pops were underrated. Especially Fonzie, it’s one of my favorite Pops ever made.

8-Bit Pops! I had a wishlist for more of those and they just died out. I wanted Flocked Pokemon to go on forever too whether they made any sense or not.

I think you're totally right. The Fantastik Plastik line is definitely underrated, especially by newer collectors.

I feel like the Witcher (game) series was incredibly underrated, considering it was GOTY and arguably one of the greatest games of all time. We only got 1 series and a few exclusives (outside of the Netflix series, which I will not include ).

So many more characters could've been done.

I thought those were fine for video games and made sense, but I didn’t like them otherwise. At one point I had all of the Stranger Things ones and sold them because I just didn’t like them. I do want the 8-bit Freddy eventually, though.

I think the Ready Player One line was underrated, the mold on Ranrok at that time was amazing. Also, Daito and Show were unique for its time.

Funny but I love the pops that don't look like pops. Like the cars line. I feel pops that don't look like pops are over looked a bit.

For the in-box collectors, the NYCC/Funimation All Might comes to mind. Black box with foil accents. Along with the chrome pop and double stickers, it really pops (lol) and just looks like a con exclusive. Plus it looks great signed.

Oh yeah, the cars line were very unique! Yeah, any mold that steer away from the standard mold looks really good.
