Yea you have to buy at least a few if you're ordering from Amazon. I've noticed exclusives tend to come in sorters but that's the most you'll ever get. They only use bags and they put the items in first before filling the space if the even do so if there's damage on the box there's usually damage to the pop.

When buying from someone, I like my valuable pops sent in a hard stack. Otherwise, I prefer them shipped in a soft protector or cardboard sorter and bubblewrap.

I initially started my Funko journey as a retailer and I have literally shipped thousands of Pops and this was before protectors, Pop Stacks or any of that stuff existed. The small effort goes a long way and there is really no excuse to NOT ship securely since there are so many Pop specific items to ship them out in. Especially if it’s just a single item. I did a few hundred orders a month mostly by myself and it wasn’t a huge deal to just take a few minutes extra to save everyone a little trouble. I think when you order from the larger stores this is the difference in the service and the smaller stores that care more can benefit from Amazon and the like not caring as much.

Depends on the value of the pop. Anything 150+ should be hard stacked. Anything 500+ should be Pop armored. Anything less a sorter with bubble wrap. Or at minimum a soft protector with bubble wrap

Soft protector if more higher value, or I just bubble wrap the pop pretty well.

Also prefer it this way and do the same treatment when I need to be the one that sends

Usually a sorter box is sufficient enough with some bubble wrap.

hard stack and then bubble wrap.. but also depends on the price of the pop... not giving a hard stack if its a 20 pop... that will go in a softie or a sorter box

I love hard stacks but they are too expensive for more common pops. I think sorters are interestingly the next best option for me

I especially like the sorters the NFT redeemables have been arriving in. Gives that extra inch or so of separation around the entire box.

If I don’t have stacks to spare, sometimes I put the pop in a soft protector and inside the UV stack sorters you get from Funko.com, then bubble wrap around that. I usually do that when shipping multiple pops within the $50-100 range.

Same thing just happened to me but with the Ted Lasso exclusive. Not sure why they stopped shipping in the cardboard protectors. But the heat warps the boxes now.

For me, anything above $150 should have a hard stack. Anything less should be a soft protector or sorter with bubble wrap and no space in the box.

For the past couple years I ship everything in a soft protector with bubble wrap around it and then bubble wrap or paper cushioning around it to fill gaps loosely in the box. Anything more expensive I use a hard stack for and follow the same process (although I also tape the lid closed just to make sure it doesn't pop open, even though I still have the bubblewrap to keep it all in place). Now that there are reports of the new hard stacks having the plastic button issue, I might have to use 7BAP cases instead. That's too bad, I liked the new design of the hard stack (I don't know why they ever made it so both top/bottom would open?).

When I ship, I use a protector and bubble wrap. Anything more valuable I'll use a hard stack. More valuable grails Ill use a pop armor. I use whatever to fill the void so no movement in the box that I use to ship.

Soft Protector with bubble wrap or Sorter with paper.
Hardstacks double boxed. Feel like they don't do well in single boxes.

Also some new sturdy boxes.

I prefer a hard cardboard shell then packing within the space between the pop and the shipping box. I finD that the key is to give the pop as little space to move as possible. But I do wish carrier's took more care because u never know what's in the box.

Definitely prefer soft pop protector (at minimum!) or in a cardboard sorter. I had some pops shipped to me from SDCC wrapped in just bubble wrap and the boxes still had an indent :-/ :-/

Pop protector + bubble wrap in a sturdy box for most pops. As it gets more expensive more packaging and protection. Expensive pops I get uncomfortable shipping and prefer selling locally to avoid headaches.

I like when sites use soft protectors or sorters and bubbles. Also, I prefer the small bubbles like most use. Funko has been doing bubbles only for my last few orders and they use the big bubbles and all my stuff has been damaged. Whenever I ship something I do sorter for anything under $20 a soft protector for $20 to $100 and anything above that is hard stack or armor and of course everything gets bubble and if needed paper to fill gaps so nothing moves.

I feel like putting pop in a hard protector is risky. I guess you just need to put a lot of bubble wrap to support it.

Never use bubble wrap. Crumple up kraft paper and leave it loose. Keeps the pop in the middle of the box and allows the kraft paper to compress if the box is damaged. Bubble wrap has way less give, it transfers the crush pressure.

Bubble wrapped is fine for me. Any pop that is expensive I try to buy in person because I have been scammed a few times and my definition of mint is not the same as others.
