I’m picky. I want it in a sorter or protector, bubbled wrapped, and have paper filler. I do that when I ship to people too. Always ship how you’d want to receive.

So personally my mantra for shipping is - shipping how I would want to receive it. Any pop I normally ship is in a pop protector or a pop sleeve. Anything with significance value is always a hard stack of some kind and of course you got to put that bubble wrap and use pack and paper.

Shipping pops I’ll always try to double box if I can. I don’t use bubble wrap because if the shipping service isn’t careful and ends up crushing sides of boxes I feel the bubble wrap will end up crushing the pop too. I use peanuts where I give space invade.

I find this to be a very safe packing method. Same applies to hard stack wrapped in bubble wrap.

I usually use the cardboard sorters and then wrap around those in a box.

8x6x4 is the best shipping size for singles imo. Enough room for protector or sorter and bubble wrap and not extra space

Def would prefer hard stack and or sorter but still bubble wrapped enough that isn’t moving around in box when dealing with a trade and or buying from someone … I’ve been used to getting my Funko orders in sorters but recently they’ve done just bubble wrap and the bubble wrap was wrapped so tight it smashed the boxes, def prefer they stick to sorters

Either a soft protector (or if super valuable a hard protector, like a Pop Shield Pop Armor), wrapped in bubble wrap. That tends to absorb almost any blow delivered in shipment.

I think a good amount of bubble wrap and a sorter would do

We pack our pops like how we would want to receive ours, either a soft or hard protector and a whole lot of bubble wrap. Never had a issue

Bare minimum is definitely bubble wrap, and either a soft pop protector or a cardboard sorter!

I much prefer a cardboard sorter box and bubble wrap or packing peanuts. There's eco-friendly/biodegradable packing peanuts available now.
There was one instance where someone shipped us a box with 3 POPs in soft protectors with bubble wrap; the shipping box was thrashed so all 3 POPs arrived damaged. I like to leave a little room all-around inside the box to allow for some mishandling that could damage to the Funko POP! inside.

Also, years ago I invested in a postal scale (up to 25 lb, for weighing bubble mailers and packages) and a label printer to print 4"x6" adhesive shipping labels. I'll still wait in line at the post office to get a receipt, especially if it's a package marked as fragile, but we've saved on shipping costs by printing our labels on PirateShip.

I personally ship out funko pops in chalice pop protectors along with bubble wrapping them! Ive gotten better condition from sellers than some of these big time companies.

The fitted boxes were a solution Funko came up with when they got a lot of complaints for the damaged boxes many years back.

I'd be fine with an ecotek if it meant someone took the care to put it into a protector. Sorters + Bubble wrap would be a great starting point, but any protector + bubble wrap gives me comfort haha.

As a person thousands of packages, I used to ship using bubble wrap and shipping box that have at least an inch gap.
The bubble wrap, i like Target one. The air can travel between bubbles. That means if the shipping box squished, air will travel to the other side of the box.
I have 100% success rate. Item arrived perfectly eventhough the shipping box squished about 5% of the time.

Now I notice that the weight limit is 1Lb. At some platform it doesn't matter you ship 1Lb or 13oz.. cost you the same.
In this case, i ship in sorter, surrounded by bubble wrap.

I agree. Ensure you u use a sufficient amount of bubble wrap. I usually hold onto a few pop sorters from Funko or Amazon purchases and reuse them. For grails I use a pop armor or hardstack.

Protector and bubble wrap has to be the ideal standard for all these shipping companies potentially treating our packages like garbage. The amount of times I’ve been delivered a crushed box, but have had the pop survive because of the packing is alarming. [-X

Always pack it tight with light weight material. Reduces movement and protects the inner box.
