With so many POPs that are released yearly it's hard to remember all the great releases Funko has made the past year. Instead of waiting till the end of the year, I thought it would be fun to begin tallying what all Funatics thought as the best releases this year. Obviously there are different genres, so it will be interesting to see what everyone's thoughts are on this community. The Pop that got me thinking about this was the PX Exclusive The Last Ronin. The sculpt looks so good and of course the details are amazing! So that's my vote for best PX exclusive of 2023. What are your thoughts on this and what other pops deserve to be considered one of Funko's best of 2023?

Two I would add if I owned them: Eric Draven with the crow on his arm (I still haven’t found one in stores) and the NFT Harvey Dent (wanna see it in person but right now it would actually be #1).

The Gelatinous cube from the 2023 Wondercon? That was a good one. As it is a con exclusive we can add it to the category of 2023 Best Con exclusive.

Grail Freddy was him wearing a Droppp black shirt holding a Max Token Head… it’s a favorite amongst those who have been collecting the NFTs!

Honestly I'm really liking the Last Ronin pop! It may not be the rarest pop coming out this year but its a great series to read if you have the time.

Yes I have heard that from many collectors that the comic is a good read!

This year, there has been some truly amazing releases so far and its only August For me personally, I think the Indiana Jones moment with the boulder chasing him is the best pop so far. Its a common release, super detailed and heavy and depicts and iconic scene from the movies.

The last complied so far has a bunch of great releases as well that I agree with!

Yeah there are tons of good release and mold this year and most of them are common.

Solid picks Lewis I especially like the Ronin. I also agree with the Freddy as Megazord nft choice and Wondercon Gelatinous Cube. So many good choices!

I like the idea of best overall Freddy. 2023 Fundays had a lot, but IMO the Anakin just had a lot of hype, but I actually prefer the Freddy as Pinocchio, Freddy as Merlin (Diamond), and Freddy as Waldo more…

Definitely a great nominee! As you said it depicts an iconic moment of not only that movie but synonymous with the Indiana Jones character! Best yet it was offered as a common.

Added Freddy as Ron Weasley as a nominee. Interesting Funko picked Ron instead of Harry as the first. Perhaps we'll see Freddy as Harry in the near future.

The Freddy as TMNT Sodas will show up in a Top Sodas of 2023. I expect with the number of Sodas that have been released in 2023, that there will be tons of nominees.

My favorite Pop this year has been Wondercon's Freddy Funko as Clown limited to 1500 pieces. I just thought it was really unique. My gf and I were able to get 1 each so those are staying in the collection.

The Fairly Odd Parents is a great Pop. I bet with undercutting on eBay that will be eventually under $60-70 for a shared version. Give if time and strike when the price makes sense. Lowest BIN I see right now is $84.99.
