UPDATE: Jason Kelce confirmed on his Podcast (New Heights) that he has been in contact with Funko and has approved it getting made. Portions of the sale are going to a charity in Buffalo, which is super cool since he is an Eagle and his brother plays for the Chiefs. He was impressed with the fans in Buffalo and wanted to support them.
