POP! Repair

I broke an arm off my keychain Stitch and my husband used regular super glue. Maybe because it was tiny it didn't make a difference?

I've tried gorilla glue, it works but its hard to get it to sit right on certain pieces

I've used gorilla glue and it certainly works but once it sets it may not look right. You have to be paying close attention while it's setting to make sure the piece eis setting the way you want it.

They have a new type of gorilla glue. Gonna test it out and post later on it. Wish me luck.

Tried it so far the glue is holding up but there is werid smell. Uv glue still best recommendation

I was just about to ask about the smell, they do give off odd smells when using certain glued

I’ve actually had a tink fall and break as well I used some hot glue and she’s good as new

Thanks for all the tips everyone! Going to put it into practice first on some clearance pops that the kids were a little bit too rough with.

OK - used the Zap It and so far, so good!! The repair was on a leg and it's holding up (standing!) well. I live in a very low humidity environment so I wonder if that will affect the glue over time but I guess we'll see. Thanks for all of the advice

Just make Sure that the crazy glue does not have any form of acetone or acids it could degrade the vinyl and cause more of a less than a repair

Both work good. I've used crazy glue before to fix a window and that's how I learned that less is better. It spread and left a mark on the window and it showed

Hi,

Did a quick search and do not see anything so asking... I had 2 POPs break - 1 a foot broke off (top heavy guy fell over) and then a stand on a "flying one" (Tink) - is there a good glue/adhesive and way to do for best looks to repair these?

I know it won't look new but I'd like them to look good. Also keeping in mind I am SO NOT a creative type so was thinking a glue gun? But does Gorilla glue work on POPs?

Recently, the flame tip to my lumiere pop broke and I used a little bit of hot glue to fix it. I think gorilla glue would work as well. If you have someone in your family who’s good with arts and crafts they can glue it so it looks brand new. I had a friend of mine help glue mine and you can’t tell it was damaged at all.

What I like about glue guns is there strong and dry quickly, but they can also be messy sometimes. If it's something broken off like a foot or something, some times the glue from a glue gun can dry thick and not conceal the crack whereas gorilla glue might conceal.

I've been doing alott of searches for funko box repair, but my problem is more on the box itself like scratches, tears, and puncture marks. I've tried the iron but not much improvement.

Super glue is what i have used i would just be careful about how much u use and not to let it just drip everywhere

Yep keep it from dripping and staining pretty much anything not just your clothes
