mccommonsodas wrote:OK, so hear me out. My latest "display" for a pop. Been hard at work on a project for my first Gaming PC that is going to be Iron Man themed. All of my "nameable" technology in my house is named after Iron Man comic/MCU references (ie. my raspberry pis, router, computers, and storage). I have some touchup to do before it's 100% ready for components, but it's close enough I wanted to start sharing the project. It would up having way more flaws than I would have liked, but for first time doing something like this I'm very happy with the end result! I'm just hoping there will be enough clearance beneath the graphics card for Tony to stay in there permanently.

Still finalizing the shelves and getting my collection out of storage (some are still at my mother's house), so this is definitely not complete or final, but this is what I have so far. The TV stand has a perfect height section for lining up some Pops.

Hoping to have a bigger display sometime this summer when I finally renovate my basement into my Nerd Bar.

I’m still missing 3 pops to complete everything.
Which 3 are you missing?

Very nice Star Wars collection. You have plenty more room. Just need to get more creative. Double sided tape works wonders.

My friend's room is slowly turning into this. Are you planning to complete the entire star wars collection?
I'm trying, but most of the things I'm missing are either vaulted or grails.

I'm just under 700 pieces now. I don't know if I'll ever be truly complete, but I'm going to try

As a kid of the 80s, those toys are awesome! I loved my McNugget guys! Sweet collection and love the display!
PopTartDownUnder wrote:This display isn't as big as my McDonald's collection, but definitely my 2nd favourite in my collection! I just love Scooby-Doo! We re-watched all the animated movies during the pandemic, and then again to start off 2023.
I'm missing some of the older rarer pieces, but I am super happy with my villain Pops and Sodas. They look so good together. I recently acquired Scooby-Dum Pop and Soda as well (not pictured).

Thanks so much! So true, I loved the Happy Meal toys when I was a kid. My favourite of all time is the Muppet Babies toys from like 1986?

It's a blessing and a curse. Yes, the collection looks great when it's all done, but the downside comes when you have to continuously buy more pops to fill in the extra space

Welcome. Those metallic turtles are awesome.

Welcome. I know them too well. My wife still has her beanie babies and boxes of McDonald's toys.

Thanks so much! Totally agree. I love the vintage Happy Meal toys from the 80s. We didn't get the Halloween McNugget Buddies here in Australia (well, we got the weird glow in the dark versions down on a lower shelf in this pic), but I certainly discovered them recently and bought them all!
