I got my order in, plus a few of the marvel plushies, I was able to get Hatter but shipping code didnt work either.

I'm really sorry about the codes guys. I don't understand why they dont work. :\
They gave them to me straight out of the drawer.
Mine didn't work either...

I'm gonna go back to my store and tell them they dont work. [-(

I got a few of the pops. My code gave me half off shipping. Cut the shipping from 6 something down to 3 something.

aww man, i'm so sad. I was on the disney store site last night around 12ish and they weren't $5 so i assumed that the rumor was false. I checked again today to see if it was true and now the series 3 pops i need are all sold out =((

It didn't switch over exactly at midnight. I checked back at about 12:30 (9:30pm my time) and the Daily Deals announcement on the home page had changed to the $5 deal.

The shipping code I used (got from iGannon87) said I qualified for free shipping but it never applied to my order. So I emailed the Disney Store after I completed my order and they took care of it and I got my free shipping. Thank you iGannon87 for getting those the free shipping codes!

Thanks for the info. I'll try emailing Disney Store when I get home and see if I can get a credit for the shipping I paid.

Sent a email to CS about getting a free shipping code at the Disney store that didn't work. They responded with giving me a $5 gift card. Ehh better than nothing. Now I don't need to buy anything at disney unless they get more Cheshire cat, Ursula or mad hatter.

I emailed them and they said since the order had already been shipped, they couldn't refund me the shipping charge. But they were going to send me a $10 gift card instead. So for all of you who didn't get the free shipping, email them at guest.services@disneystore.com

Just got my shipment in today. Two of the three boxes are in terrible condition. If anybody has a Peter Pan and Donald Duck box they're not using, I'd be glad to take them off your hands.

I got mine on tues, mine weren't in terrible shape but it was packed with a airbags which kinda made it tight inside the box and u know how that leaves the boxes a little smushed. They could have not included the airbags
And made it here is excellent shape.

The three were packed tightly together inside a plastic bag. That bag was on top of a pile of clothes that my wife had ordered, and the remainder of the box was filled with those airbags.

Since one arrived in great condition, maybe the others were already smashed up when they packed them.

That would suck major balls.

I received mine today and the boxes were in good shape. My boxes usually arrive in good condition (every once in awhile I would get a few slightly creased). The problem I was having (and had to complain) is they would ship the Pop! boxes and place these address label size stickers directly on each and every box. They were a real pain to remove cleanly. But now my orders arrive with each box wrapped in a baggie with the sticker applied to the bag.

Unfortunately, Disney Store is notorious for terrible shipping. I have had more boxes damaged than in good condition. The first time I ordered Pops from them, two of the boxes had literally fallen apart from poor packaging. The plastic insert that holds the figure was literally sitting on its own and the box had been so smashed that the glued edges came undone.

I took them over to the local Disney Store and exchanged them. I used the excuse of them being a birthday gift that I wouldn't be able to give in that condition. No way would I admit that my boxes have to look beautiful. =P They had no problem exchanging them.

I got my stuff earlier this week,and the boxes were in pretty good condition.I ordered 4 Pops,and they were in plastic bags too.I don't think they put airbags in my box,but I can't remember now.

Anyway, only one box had a small crease but it's a duplicate I bought to take out of the box anyway so that was okay. They could've put ten more Pops in the box they used!

yeah, you should have seen what they sent my copy of John Carter in... they easily could have fit 25-30 copies in the box.

I went to pick up my package up last Saturday. My boxes were fine, I had airbags, and all my Pops and Vinylmation came individually wrapped in plastic so the sticker is no longer on the box.

The only thing was that I didn't receive the bonus Robot 2 box (blind box I think) if you order certain Vinylmations. Anybody else didn't get theirs?
