SDCC Disney Pop exclusives revealed

I came across this info this morning. Should make a few people happy:

Disney Store, in conjunction with Funko, will unveil a limited edition series of Disney POP! Vinyl that will be exclusively sold at San Diego’s Comic-Con July 12-15. The vinyls are Funko’s creative take on favorite Disney characters and this year the newSparkysaurus, based on the upcoming film Frakenweenie, is expected to be a top seller at the show. A new scented Vinylmation series called So Tasty based on food truck fare will also be available in limited quantities.

Comic-Con Exclusive series includes:

9” Sully POP,
3” Boo POP
Fantasia Twin Pack POP- 3”
Glow in the Dark Oogie Boogie POP- 3”
Sparkysaurus (Frankenweenie)- Disney Store exclusive vinyl figure
Art of Monsters Inc, Sully coloration exclusives
Vinylmation

I'm guessing it's re-done versions of Sorcery Mickey and Chernabog also. I could be wrong, but SDCC doesn't see a lot of newly sculpted Funko pieces.

And I'm guessing Boo is a pack-in. I'm just wondering if she'll be like the normal release or metallic or something. I suppose she could just be a block of scrap though.

That's Soceror Mickey and Chernabog from Series 5. It was already announced somewhere that a mini pack of those two would be released sometime.

The 9" Sulley and 3" Boo sound awesome!!!! I would really love to pick them up through Gemini. How much do you all think they will cost?

Well, I could be wrong, but I think the 9" Pops were around $90 on Gemini after the con. All of the Disney Pops were more than what they cost at SDCC. Having said that, I could be remembering wrong.

Also, Steve said that when he lists the items during con they'll be at booth prices.

If the release is correct, and those are the only Disney exclusives, then what about these?

Most people thought the CLAW one would be a Toy Story Alien. And there aren't too many non-Disney Pop! with stripes.

So close to the Con, but still so many questions.

-- glow oogie is a mini
-- there's 2 different 'concept' sulleys as blox
-- and a frankenweenie non-pop vinyl figure

all these disney exclusives, and not a single one is a regular sized pop? that seems odd to me.

megas are listed as 9"
regulars are listed as 4.25"
minis are listed as 2.5"

given those measurements, i'm thinking the 3" ones are all minis

Either that or it's an error on the website. It's easier & cheaper to produce color variations than design new molds for smaller sculpts. I'm only assuming these 3" would be 4.25's.

If this is Sorceror Mickey and Chernabog I don't think they are mini's because of the pricing of $25. The mini set's listed on bigbadtoystore's site are priced at $11.

Again, at $15 I think a GITD Oogie Boogie would be a regular sized Pop, not a mini.

If I remember right the the number 30 on the per buy list, is a special edition of pop! Sorcery, so that has to be not the fantasia ones, but the mini Maleficent and Evil Queen.

I am getting very anxious. I don't think I have ever been this excited since I was a child and knowing my family was taking us to Disneyland. I remember staying up all night because of the anticipation. Brian, you are killing me.....

Newbie question, is this the torture he puts everyone through every year? You all seem to handle the situation well.
