Yup funko had the license to do the non-stand at Disney , every one else got the stand.

Disney changed some points in the licensing for Toy Story. They wanted stands for the Pops. The first run TS Pops without stands are now more scarce.

yep, the 2 versions exist for woody, buzz, jessie and lotso... alien and zurg will also now be bobbleheads when they're released in other stores. there is a small handful of buzz and woody figures (as opposed to bobble-heads) with stands, that were released in the transition. generally speaking, the figure ones are in higher demand because all other disney pops are figures, and most people like to be consistent.
