That's what I was thinking too, I'll make sure to go see their booth Wednesday and give an update if I get a chance.

Someone on FB posted a photo of blue shirt versions and said she contacted Lanai and he said that the blue shirt versions are SDCC exclusives! So maybe two sets, one with yellow shirts and regular hula girl and the SDCC set with blue shirts and gold hula girl?

Same, will stop by and see whats up. But that place is a rowdy college scene, not my thing. Although it is a nice place. Sea Port Village is a cute tourist scene.

the link I posted says they're 2 inches tall, and the bigger picture clearly shows the box calling them "mini vinyl figures." I just don't know if that applies to all versions being released... the standard yellow that's going to be available everywhere, the blue shirt set that's only at sdcc, and the gold hula girl that's only at the party.

Not sure about minis but I'm fortunate enough to have an invite to the party. It's being billed, in part, as Funko, Mindstyle and Toy Tokyo celebrating launch of Pop! Asia. Also Lev's birthday.

Seems like Pop! Asia has the potential for many, many many new Pop. So build more shelves - here they come!

The Mindstyle booth had so many new Pop! Asia for sale with protos in displays of future stuff. Mind blowing!

Hi,

I found some old and obscure pop known as Aloha Plate. The 4 pack was released as a part of pop asia and bait at sdcc, and the gold hula girl was released at a now closed place called Buster’s Beach house. Anyone know how the releases for these pops happened and what parties these may have been given out? Thanks!

Here in the Philippines, the 4-packs were released. I think it is still available on some known retailers locally.

Afaik, both variants are released here, the Blue and Yellow Suits. One is a Con Exclusive, not sure which colorway though.
