GameStop NYCC question

Has anyone's order been shipped yet? I ask because I placed my order as soon as the Kratos and the unmasked power armor were up and it went through, got the confirmation number, but still no charge on my card...and I see they show as in stock now so idk if I should just order them again?

I ordered just Kratos early AM on 10/09 and got a shipping notification Tuesday (10/20) night. Maybe they're still waiting for the power armor?

Went and checked my order status, I ordered them both on 10/09 as well. According to the website both of them should be on my doorstep tonight. That being said, this is the first time the status has been updated on the website, according to tracking it has been in transit for the last week... bouncing all over the place.

I ordered on 10/09/15 as well and got confirmation that my Power Armor shipped a couple days ago. It's currently scheduled to arrive at my house today. When I first ordered, the site said that they were up for pre-order and wouldn't be available for normal purchase until 10/20/15 or something like that. So that would explain why it took so long for us to get them, but not why it took GameStop so long to get them in when all of the other stores already had their NYCC POPs WAY before GS. Still waiting on Popcultcha to ship my chrome TIE Fighter Pilot.

I preordered Kratos, shipping notice received Tuesday showing Monday delivery which is a silly amount of shipping time because the shipping origination is about 20 miles away, !

I'd contact them, I had an issue with wanting to cancel part of my order initially. I sent them an email and they responded pretty quickly hopefully they can give you an update just as quickly.

Yeah I emailed them this morning and the response I received was that it was an issue with my paypal info, but I don't think that's it since I've made many purchases since I ordered the two pops (including another Pop FROM gamestop) I'm starting to think its a Visa thing? Because I went to just re order them and didn't use PayPal and got an error message saying my order couldn't be processed...

I'm not sure if they do it, but maybe they can re-run/try your Visa again via phone if you call them?

All of my Funko collecting GameStop employee friends have said that these do not appear in the system like they'll be arriving in their distribution shipments. I imagine if they don't sell down their entire allotment online they might eventually trickle out onto the shelves, but I wouldn't hesitate to order them online now just to be safe.

I just stopped in one and had the guy look it up. He said pretty much the same, since it's a NYCC exclusive it won't be in stores and can't be ordered ship-to-store but can be ordered shipped-to-home. I already did that through their site so didn't bother, I was mainly just curious to see if they would be getting them in.

Unfortunately not on my original order...so I just cancelled it and ordered them again(which went through just fine so I still blame them haha) came out about the same price with free shipping, just glad I won't have to pay eBay prices for them! Thanks for all your help!
